Pipe Connect is about making separate pieces work as one route. Tap a pipe to rotate it, link the source to the sink and make sure every piece belongs to the path. A local connection can look correct while still creating a dead end further along, so the whole board matters. The timer adds a reason to recognise the route efficiently, and the 3D pipes make the shape of each available turn or straight section visible.

Begin at an endpoint and follow where its next connection must go. Check the neighbouring pieces before rotating several pipes at random. When a path starts to form, inspect any piece that remains outside it: the requirement to use every pipe can reveal a mistake in an otherwise plausible route. Working from both the source and the sink may make the middle section easier to understand. A careful route traced once is often more useful than repeatedly changing pieces without checking the overall flow.
