Welcome to Playtura! These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Playtura regarding your access to and use of our quick games application and related services. Playtura is designed for users of all ages - teens, adults, and families can all enjoy our engaging gaming experience. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Playtura, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the app.

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

Playtura welcomes users of all ages! If you are 18 or older, you may use Playtura independently. If you are between 13-17 years old, you may use the app with parental guidance and consent. If you are under 13, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf and supervise your use of the app. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

2. Description of Service

Playtura is a gaming application that provides 50+ quick, engaging games designed for users of all ages — from teens to adults and families. All games are free to play with optional premium subscriptions available. Our games span multiple genres including Puzzle, Action, Arcade, and Strategy, offering entertainment, skill building, and fun challenges for everyone. Our services include:

• 50+ games across categories: Puzzle (Block Blast, 2048, Sudoku, Bubble Shooter, Candy Crush, and more), Action (Fruit Ninja, Car Racing, Bike Racing, Space Fighter), Arcade (Flappy Bird, Pac-Man, Snake 3D, Dino Jump, Whack A Mole), and Strategy (Ludo King, Tic Tac Toe, Dots and Boxes)
• 100% offline gameplay — all games work without an internet connection
• Score tracking and achievement systems
• Global leaderboards and competitive features
• User profiles with game progress saving via Google or Apple sign-in
• Community features — share drawings and posts, interact with other players
• Reporting and blocking tools for community safety

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts and Profiles

To access certain features, you may need to create a user account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information as needed
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You may not share your account, create multiple accounts, or use another person's account without permission.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Playtura, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy, including:

• Collection of device identifiers and advertising IDs by our ad partners
• Use of analytics services to improve app performance
• Processing of account data provided through Google or Apple sign-in

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Playtura responsibly and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited activities include:

• Cheating, hacking, or using unauthorized third-party software
• Exploiting bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
• Harassment, bullying, or inappropriate behavior toward other users
• Sharing offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Attempting to reverse engineer or modify the app
• Using the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfering with the app's functionality or other users' experience
• Creating fake accounts or impersonating others

6. Advertising and Monetization

Playtura displays advertisements through Google AdMob to support our free gaming experience. By using the app, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Ads (including banner, interstitial, and native ads) may be displayed during gameplay or between games
• Google AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP address, and interaction data to serve and optimize ads
• Personalized ads may be shown based on your interests and app usage, subject to your consent where required by law
• You may opt out of personalized ads through your device settings or by declining consent when prompted
• Ad content is provided by third-party advertisers and is not endorsed by Playtura
• You interact with advertisements at your own risk; we are not responsible for third-party products or services
• You must not click on ads repeatedly, use automated tools to interact with ads, or encourage others to click on ads

Google AdMob's use of your data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Google's Advertising Policies.

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Playtura offers optional premium subscriptions ("Playtura Premium") that provide an enhanced, ad-free gaming experience. The core gaming experience remains free to play. Premium subscriptions are available through the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android).

Subscription Plans and Pricing

• Monthly Plan: $1.99 USD per month
• Yearly Plan: $19.99 USD per year

Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. The actual price will be displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase in the App Store or Google Play Store.

Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly, based on the plan you selected) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your App Store or Google Play account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period at the same price as the original subscription.

Managing and Cancelling Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings:

• iOS: Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Playtura Premium
• Android: Go to Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Playtura Premium

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have premium access until your current subscription period expires. No partial refunds are given for unused portions of a subscription period. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel your subscription.

Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, it will be clearly indicated at the time of subscription. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. At the end of the free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

Refunds

All subscription purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). Refund requests must be submitted through the respective platform. Playtura does not directly process payments or issue refunds. Please refer to Apple's refund policy or Google Play's refund policy for details.

7. License and Intellectual Property Rights

Playtura is licensed, not sold, to you. All content in Playtura, including games, graphics, sounds, text, code, and design elements, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the app on any Apple-branded or Android products that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes and as permitted by the applicable platform's usage rules. We reserve all rights in and to Playtura not expressly granted to you under these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the app or any part thereof
• Reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the app, except as and only to the extent permitted by applicable law or open-source licensing terms
• Remove or alter copyright notices or proprietary markings
• Use our content for commercial purposes without permission
• Transfer, redistribute, or sublicense the app
• Distribute or make the app available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices simultaneously, except as permitted by the applicable platform's usage rules

If you sell or transfer your device to a third party, you must remove Playtura from the device before doing so.

8. User-Generated Content

Playtura includes community features that allow you to create and share content, including drawings, posts, comments, usernames, and profile information. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content within our services. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate these Terms or applicable laws.

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Content that is offensive, harassing, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable will be removed and the offending account suspended or permanently banned.

You can report inappropriate posts via the post menu ("Report Post") and block abusive users ("Block User"). All reports are reviewed and actioned within 48 hours. We actively moderate community content and reserve the right to remove posts or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

9. Technical Requirements and Connectivity

Playtura requires:

• A compatible mobile device with sufficient storage and processing power
• Internet connection for online features, leaderboards, and updates
• Up-to-date operating system and app version for optimal performance

You are responsible for maintaining your device, internet connection, and any associated costs. Some features may not be available offline.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT USE OF PLAYTURA IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PLAYTURA AND ANY SERVICES PERFORMED OR PROVIDED BY PLAYTURA ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, AND WE HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND/OR CONDITIONS OF:

• Merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Accuracy, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement of third-party rights
• Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation

NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION OR ADVICE GIVEN BY PLAYTURA OR ITS AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES SHALL CREATE A WARRANTY. SHOULD PLAYTURA PROVE DEFECTIVE, YOU ASSUME THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR, OR CORRECTION.

TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PLAYTURA BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE PLAYTURA, HOWEVER CAUSED, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE) AND EVEN IF PLAYTURA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages (other than as may be required by applicable law in cases involving personal injury) exceed the amount of fifty dollars ($50.00). The foregoing limitations will apply even if the above stated remedy fails of its essential purpose.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY, OR OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Playtura and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the app, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of others.

12. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to Playtura at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms or our policies
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Technical or security reasons

Upon termination, your right to use the app will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and associated data.

13. Updates and Modifications

We may update Playtura and these Terms from time to time. App updates may be automatically downloaded and installed. Changes to these Terms will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Export Compliance

You may not use or otherwise export or re-export Playtura except as authorized by United States law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the app was obtained. In particular, but without limitation, Playtura may not be exported or re-exported (a) into any U.S.-embargoed countries or (b) to anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department's Specially Designated Nationals List or the U.S. Department of Commerce Denied Persons List or Entity List. By using Playtura, you represent and warrant that you are not located in any such country or on any such list. You also agree that you will not use Playtura for any purposes prohibited by United States law, including, without limitation, the development, design, manufacture, or production of nuclear, missile, or chemical or biological weapons.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and the relationship between you and Playtura shall be governed by the laws of the State of Karnataka, India, excluding its conflicts of law provisions. You and Playtura agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, to resolve any dispute or claim arising from these Terms. If you are a citizen of any European Union country or Switzerland, Norway, or Iceland, the governing law and forum shall be the laws and courts of your usual place of residence.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

17. App Store and Distribution Platform Compliance

Playtura is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. In addition to these Terms, your use of the app is subject to the terms and policies of the platform from which you downloaded the app, including Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement:

• Google Play Terms of Service

The app store providers (Apple Inc. and Google LLC) are not parties to these Terms and have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. Playtura (the developer) is solely responsible for the app, including any product warranties, maintenance, and support. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the applicable store's terms, the store's terms shall prevail with respect to matters within their scope (such as payment processing and refunds).

In the event of any third-party claim that Playtura or your possession and use of the app infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Playtura (the developer), not Apple or Google, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.

You acknowledge and agree that Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms (with respect to the iOS version of Playtura), and that upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
